Guardianship
A Guardianship is a court supervised legal relationshipfor the benefit and protection of another, called the "ward".  Guardianship are generally for children whose parents can no longer take care of them, or for persons over eighteen years old who are declared mentally or physicaly incapacitated.  We provide advice to clients in this area and represent them in the proceedings necessary to be conducted in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance.
