Jéssica Hernandez-Sierra has over 16 years of experience in complex litigation of a variety of matters as a member of the Litigation and Trial Practice of a mid-size Law Firm located in Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Ms. Hernández-Sierra studied a Master of Laws at Georgetown University. During that time, she worked as an intern with former Federal Communications Commissioner Hon. Gloria Tristani. She has represented telecommunications and cable providers on a variety of regulatory and business matters, and also in administrative and court proceedings and appeals. As a member of the Litigation and Trial Practice, Ms. Hernandez-Sierra has also represented a variety of corporate clients in claims involving commercial disputes, including torts, personal injury, construction, horizontal property law, government procurement and bids, contracts, torts, product liability, insurance claims, banking and finance, estate planning, property taxes and family laws.
After 16 years of successful practice, Ms. Hernández decided to open her own Law Firm.
